ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be designing games played by millions of people all over the world, working with external developers all over the world, and leading a team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and the responsibilities associated with that exposure. Gamejam needs a creative and ambitious leader with a passion for mobile games, and hyper casual games in particular. You will lead the company to ensure best practices are being used to design only the highest quality games for our players.
Experiences in character's animation to make it unique and funny, base on the design.
Knowledge about the animation curve, master in timing.
Experiences in game: UI transition, unlock gifts, level up,... Can work well in Unity.
Knowledge about C#. Can make animation by code with simple game logic or physics.
Knowledge about Particle effect for both UI and GameObject in Unity.
Know about shader is a plus.
Have been a Animator or Designer or Developer at a game studio, creative hyper casual game or any kind of game.
Strong organizational skills.
You value attention to detail.
Work well under pressure.
Understanding the balance between fun-driven decision making and metrics-driven decision making.
Ability to move quickly and understanding of how to be creative with a minimal amount of time.
